...as well as (hiding in a corner on Crows Nest and shooting all the marines in the entire base......... never quite finished that one.........)...On Legendary?
I will never do that alone.
Posted by: Jericho VIWell go ahead and post your memories! Ive been thinking alot of halo 3 lately, and it was the culmination of my Halo experience.Well, here's a list of some of my experiences:
-I saw Carrier Forms leap (like Halo 1 zealots) on at least two occasions. This was around the "Journey's End" area while I was luring one to the snow area for the half-infected War Chieftain.
-Creating the half-infected War Chieftain. I stumbled upon it accidentally, on Co-op with Blind turned on. I found that he could wield any weapon, including the rocket launcher and battle rifle. I later found that on Legendary, the stuff on his back don't appear.
-Four Arbiters. It's not much of a big deal. It's the strategy and the tedious, time consuming tasks that revolve around it that makes it fun and entertaining.
-Hornet Army. I first noticed it (I had never seen the marine island glitch on video before doing it) when I landed my Hornet on the island to pick up the Power Drain (or to take a break). In time, I had assembled 28 Hornets. The Banshees were unloaded. The AA Wraith shots were invisible. The lag was unbearable. Later, I made 18 Hornets, killing two of them to get checkpoints.
-Energy Sword wielding Elites. In Halo 2, only the high ranking Ultra Elites would take out swords. But they would have to be looking at or near a enemy to do that. But in Halo 3, just turn on the Mythic skull and stick them with a spike grenade. This works best with the Floodgate Elites. All I had to do was headshot the combat forms while I let them do all the work.
