I'm curious to what this so-called 'RSS Feed' is. SleepyStephen explained it to me, but no offense to him, I can't really understand what it is he's talking about. Can somebody explain to me in understandable english what RSS Feed is?

I'm afraid Wikipedia can explain it far better than I ever could.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_%28file_format%29

* (Excerpt: RSS is widely used by the weblog community to share the latest entries' headlines or their full text, and even attached multimedia files. (See podcasting, vodcasting, broadcasting, photocasting, picturecasting, screencasting, Vloging, and MP3 blogs.)

I hope that helps.

Or I got this from some old Bungie news.
If you don't know what an RSS feed is, here is a short blurb on it from xml.com:

RSS is a format for syndicating news and the content of news-like sites, including major news sites like Wired, news-oriented community sites like Slashdot, and personal weblogs. But it's not just for news. Pretty much anything that can be broken down into discrete items can be syndicated via RSS: the "recent changes" page of a wiki, a changelog of CVS checkins, even the revision history of a book. Once information about each item is in RSS format, an RSS-aware program can check the feed for changes and react to the changes in an appropriate way.

RSS-aware programs called news aggregators are popular in the weblogging community. Many weblogs make content available in RSS. A news aggregator can help you keep up with all your favorite weblogs by checking their RSS feeds and displaying new items from each of them.

I'm not that active, but never dead.

It's best to look yourself before asking for help. Anyways, here's what came up when I went to Google and typed Define:RSS Feed.

The definintion of RSS Feed.

Edit: Banshee Barron beat me to it. -blam!- ;)
