I hate to break it to you, but it was a huge waste of time.
most things are a waste of time. we're all dying. enjoy what you do in the meantime. some people enjoy playing video games, what's wrong with that? no one gets hurt (directly), they're easy to access, they are easy to stop doing, essentially it's just sitting infront of bright moving things (unless you're on cod, in which case its brown moving things) controlling what you see by twiddling your thumbs. no more a waste of time than watching a good movie or tv series, arguably more social and mentally stimulating than both of those things.
and certainly more fun than doing a lab write up that's in for friday :(
I can guarantee most people with over 6,000 games played have been or are depressed, and are most likely socially awkward. They're probably unfit as well. Weighing 80 pounds doesn't make you healthy by the way.
