A car bomb went off in Benghazi last night, the man responsible was shot in the leg trying to escape, was captured and told the rebels that they were being paid by Gaddafi. He is now being treated for his wounds. Nobody was seriously hurt.
The Libyan Government said that there is no amnesty for Rebels who would lay down their arms and surrender. Their punishment is death.
The ICC has announced it will pursue 3 warrants for 5 crimes against humanity. They are also investigating the allegations of civilians being killed when suspected of being mercenaries. The crimes committed include: Mass Murder, Unlawful Detention, Use of Cluster Munitions, -blam!- as a Weapon of Fear. The ICC is yet to publicly name who the warrants are for, but said no Libyan Leaders would be given amnesty for their crimes.
NATO said that the death of Gaddafi's son in a air raid on Tripoli was not the intent of the attack, but rather collateral damage. They are making no effort to kill Gaddafi or his family participating in the campaign, but are not going to avoid targets simply because they are there.
Massive and intense airstrikes outside of Misurata have stopped the shelling of the port and allowed aid ships to move in. There are still drifting mines suspected to be in the port area.
The coalition is planing on securing $3billion in funds for the rebels to use for supplies and salaries of their government and new found army.
