The Libyan Loyalists say they will not negotiate Gaddafi leaving power, the Rebels say that if he stays they will not negotiate.
Loyalists executed imprisoned people when their families in Tripoli failed to participate in a pro-Gaddafi rally, the body of the deceased was then placed on the doorstep of their families.
Loyalists have claimed to have destroyed a rebel cell in Tripoli who had been caught bringing in nearly 100 Tunisian heavy machine guns. Conversely the rebels seized a pro-gaddafi pickup truck in Benghazi that was carrying 30-40 lbs of C4 that was set up out side the TNC's headquarters, those responsible have not been found.
A small Loyalist naval force guarding the Tripoli port intercepted 2 Qatari blockade runners carrying heavy weapons into Janzour, no further information has been provided.
Sudanese armed forces have moved into parts of Libya in an effort to support the rebels in protecting oil production facilities. While Sudan is not taking the oil it seems they are attempting to allow the rebels to sell the oil as to stabilize the African oil market. The TNC however, has said that if the Sudanese president enters Libya they will make every effort to arrest him, as he, like Gaddafi is wanted by the ICC.
