Okay i am look at a map of rebel controlled cities, now correct me if i'm wrong, the rebels are currently at Bin Jawad and we are air striking Sirte, Misrata, Zawiyah, Sebha and Tripoli
pretty much. take Sirte out of there, the Rebels are at Sirte, it's now the Front line. Misurata is site of behind the lines fighting as it was one of two centres where the uprisings started. Airstrikes are being carried out against any Gaddafi Armour that attacks a town, and all aircraft that take off.

Rebels hope to take Sirte today, Misurata within a couple days and to make the push on Tripoli within the week.

Yeah, i just saw on yahoo that the rebels are pushing in on Sirte. Are we still flying CAS missions in the city? Or have we halted all air support?

US is sending A-10 and AC-130 support

the Coalition will continue to run CAS Missions around the clock to my understanding

no direct support. Anti armour sorties are likely, but that is standard fare.

we suspect that the rebels are holding the University about 400 metres south of Sirte, but have no confirmation on it

Did you guys get that from the drone feed?
between the drone feed showing a couple tanks there, and the idea that the rebels would likely take the University as a C&C. The Rebels only have a couple tanks so it's really unclear right now.
