Covenant Super Carrier size comparison.
Doesn't seem right to me. UNSC ships were much bigger.
Most UNSC ships were bigger then their Covenant counterparts, but the Covenant's technology allowed for such massive ships to be built without dealing fatally large ammounts of stress on the hull, thus allowing for more variety in size. When the Covies got big, they really got big.
If you can build bigger ships, you can build bigger/more reactors, and have more space. More reactors=more powerful weaponry, more space=more ground troops and more of that powerful weaponry.
Theoretically, I wouldn't put it past the supercarrier to be fully capable of taking the entire Sol system in conquest. It'd have the troops for it. The only real threat to a SC are the SMACs.I would have to say that this is true for mostly the UNSC cruisers. There are multiple types of Covie Destroyers, one, in which, has a longer length than the Marathon-Class Cruisers, and about the same mass. Not to mention the Covie Corvettes and Frigates. Some Carriers were indeed smaller than the UNSC's, however.
Anyways, can we please get back on topic?
