i have heard of a card that uses 2 256mb gpu's on one board and has an sli slot on one so if you buy 2 well one GIGABYTE of gpu's

Completely useless having more than 512mb, which is really useless aswell. No game uses more than 256mb anyway.

iam not sure about that ive seen big performnace boost from people using256mb to 512mb like in Amercias army, quake4, world of warcraft.

I will feel sorry for the person who even considers buying that Dell system. Just imagine how much heat a 7800GT creates, now imagine 4 of those put very close together. Yep, they'll overheat very quick.

not to mention the fact that its a dell, and dells, by their nature, are made using crappy hardware. they just have a few good things in em, then the rest is as cheap as possible.

thats why dell owners always complain of crashes/hardware failures/etc.
