"Find where the liar hides, so that I may place my boot between his gums!" - Rtas 'Vadum
This is what I can make of it:
In Cryptum, a pulse of cross-phased supermassive neutrinos.
In the Encyclopaedia, a resonance pulse.
So these "cross-phased supermassive neutrinos" are acting like a wave with a particular frequency that matches the resonance of certain molecules in your nervous system.
A resonance frequency being a particular frequency in which a vibrating system cannot get rid of additional input energy from that particular frequency. The input frequency and the frequency of vibration in the system interfere constructively, essentially shaking the system apart. So the molecules in your nervous system are broken apart.
However, I do not know what "cross-phased" means, nor what the significance of it being made of supermassive neutrinos is.
