Halo 2 for Life!

Quick, easy, meaningful communication. Fast, simple interaction that can be used in complex ways, lag became part of gameplay, vehicles that responded quickly, realistically, but were weak against faster moving rockets. It was fun to play with the interactions with others and form new ways to go about the same problem of winning. The joy of killing an avatar with a sword when you have needler by beating them down. The fun of killing a sniper with a plasma pistol. The tricks and deception to move into safe locations unknown to the enemy confuse them with a grenade thrown on the other side of the map and rush them. It really had endless intrigue and ability to stimulate action and interaction with others in cool ways. Fun was only hard to come by for those unwilling to fully participate.

Let's hope it comes back soon.

This is the average H2 Fanboy.

50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

Why don't you just play XBC or Kai instead of saying "IT WILL COME BACK LOLOLOLO"! It's simpler, and less annoying.

Arrogant hyperbolic exclamations of woe? Seems like a normal day for Halo/Bungie.net.

I lol'd. You're right, actually, no reason to miss something we still have.

Also, we know that you love the game more than everything else massive. Half the threads created this year (or more) are made by you and they all have something in the title which suggests that you like / love the game.

If you didn't Play Halo: CE or Halo 2 MP, your opinion about Halo means nada.

CE + H2 >>>>>>>>>>>>>> H3+Reach+H4

XBC is trash.

and yes CE and H2 was great b/c they were simple. Devs think that more = better

FALSE

quality > quantity

There's also Halo 2 PC. It even has the controller auto aim that the Xbox version had.

Halo 2 for Life!

Halo 2 was quality, even if they rushed it at the very end, everything up till than was simply amazingly done. Others tend to focus on a rush at the very end which caused a few flaws which added character to me to the best game in history and didn't detract from its game play but added to it.

Good players work together...and no matter how good you are, you're not physic. - blade6321

The auto-aim in H2V is amazing. Like shooting fish in a barrel <3

But at the same time, Dev's are caught in a Catch-22. If they don't change their gameplay or update it in some form, they'll be accused of just rehashing a working product.

You're confusing quality with fun. There were far too many button glitches, physics exploits and cheating in Halo 2. Remember textures loading at different rates in the cutscenes? That could really detract from the cinematic quality of the cutscene, depending on how slow the game decided it wanted to be that day.
