I was just wondering if they make an underwater cable, dsl, or fiber optic cable that can go underwater for our house and the neibors dont have high speed and we are running out of options(we arent slated to get firewire until 2011) Mind i only live on a lake and on the other side they have high speed >:(.

If anyone know of something please help

You have the right idea. While I dont know how large of a lake you live on and how far it is to the other side that has high-speed internet, I dont think it will work. That amount of cable would require a pretty large power source, and Im sure that the cost to buy the underwater RJ45 and to bury it under the bed of the lake would be expensive. You could try to see if there is any wireless access in the area, and maybe work out a deal with the town and make the lake a high-speed wireless "hotspot" That would be your best bet. If all else fails, you could get satellite internet, but it is very expensive and you will always have lag. I hope I helped.

THe thng is we already tried to get wireless and what happened was some jerk wouldnt let the company put the line across the corner of his property with out some compensation. SO no wireless.

THe area on my lake that i thought about is at a cross where 2 sand barst point to each other between them is about 100-150 feet of water at about 30 feet deep its a small intersection basicly. If u know anymore from taht it would be great.
And yes it did but those options are taken tnks anyways
