OK, so Say that the Phantom with the Zealots in it got destoyed and Emile was ok. Noble 6 got on and got out of REACH, would master chief and Noble 6 make a good team?

I say yes, because both are highly skilled Spartans and Chief destroyed the entire Covenant Armada and Noble 6 saved the world in general. So, Yes, or no?

"You get what you put into it."

When Legendary is too mainstream, you have Heroic. When you're the leader of the church of MLGeezus, have Epic in your username, and can't write 'About Me's' to save your life, what do you get?

This guy. And now, an side note: Most things I post contain lethal doses of sarcasm, so be warned, and try not to take me seriously.

Finally, a message to Bungie trolls everywhere.

Spartan II's like Chief eat Spartan III's like Noble team for a healthy, balanced breakfast.

What do they mean?

It's simple math. 7 > 6

  • 03.26.2011 7:42 PM PDT

Marty the Elder

hyper leathal theres only one other spartan with that rating. That means they were the best that the UNSC had.

  • 03.26.2011 9:18 PM PDT

What a waste....

Well, if they had both, one would've just stayed behind on High Charity and 'sploded the frigate, thus making humanity lose because the Elites that didn't want to pwn humanity would die.

  • 03.26.2011 9:28 PM PDT

Chief didn't destroy the Entire Covenant Armada...

  • 03.26.2011 9:37 PM PDT

Yea, I think it would be a great tea. Just give Noble 6 his own A.I. then the domination will happen.

And Spartan-IIs seem to have a nack for getting the tables turned on them by rebels.

Soon to be breaking news:

US Coast Guard prepares for massive rescue mission after Iranian fleet sinks off shore. Reports say a small thunderstorm caused most of the ships to simply...fall apart.

He didn't.

I'm sure he destroyed a part of it, but the entire armada? No way.

Which said Spartan III easily 'ate for breakfast'.

Spartan III's like Noble Team are basically Spartan II's. Hell, Spartan III's, given MJOLNIR, would basically be a spartan II besides experience.

As for Six and Chief being a good team? In CE Six would save Chief a few times I bet.
A: Chief is team leader fighting alone.
B: Six is a lone wolf, but has shown he can work seamlessly with a team.

So yes, I'd see them able to work together. It'd also show how Chief isn't the freaking unbeatable god fanboys try to make him out to be. (Which they should know isn't true if they ever touched the books)

What?Lol there isn't a single engagement known with rebels fighting SIII except on Mamore and Noble Six.

Spartan II's have captured one of the rebel leader. Why do you think sIII's are more effective then sII's against innies?

You say MC fans wan MC,i see you wanking the sIII's know.

Noble team at the level of sII's?Where is that evidence?
Probably that communication between Kurt and Mendez.Well it doesn't says they will safe sIII's at the level of sII's,it says they will safe sIII's that were recruited like sII's by stealing them from homes and not orphanes.
That's it.

And Nobles service records confirms it too:
Jun with PTSD thing.SII haven't that kind of problems, they are from the highest genes,SIII's aren't.

Why else are SIII's smaller.

Kat is so stupid she could'nt even dodge a sword and couldn't even respond at the reflexes of spartans.

Emile is so deaf he could'tn even hear the Elite growling behind him before getting stabbed.

A better team up would be John with Thel Vadam, now those rock.

Um, Noble Team is described in the letter as "Those She would have picked" Meaning, S2 requirement matches. None of the Spartan IIIs were kidnapped like how the Spartan IIs where.

Spartan II's have nearly been captured and killed by a rebel base once. This was them going in and the rebels unaware of them (I believe) I am referring to Six, who is described and wiping out ENTIRE rebel bases, by himself with no backup.

Genes can't do -blam!- to stop PTSD. That's like saying somebody's genes can prevent them from crying when their mother dies.

Spartan III's aren't smaller infact. Noble team was roughly the height of Master Chief. Jorge is simply a large Spartan II.

When does Kat get hit by an energy sword? I don't remember this ever happening. Unless you mean when both she and Carter ducked directly beneath the blade, DODGING it. <_<

Emile isn't Deaf, the elite was silent and moving slow enough to not show up on motion tracker. If it growled, it was when Emile was already in it's hands (or inches from being grabbed)

Anyway, this is about Six, not Noble team.

Forgot Kelly, she was the fastest.

But yeah, Chief, as a Spartan, was average. A team leader, decent at everything but great at nothing besides leadership and luck.

-It doesn't even says something about spartan II requirements. All it says is:

"You know as well as i do that we wind up with some that she would have chosen-not just kids unlucky enough to survive a glassing"

I think he is talking about kids that aren't orphans just like Halsey's sII's,but he didn't said that they are at the same level of SII.

This is reinforced by the fact that the SIII augmentations were made for another group kids and not a group at the level of SII's,ackerson says so.Noble got the same SIII augmenations as seen in that live action trailer with Carter.

-That's because those rebels used anti gravity plates to lure the spartans into a trap and put them unconscious

The same would happen with Six if he was in that mission.

-Bungie says they are smaller then the chief. Why else do you think Holly was the size of a dwarf, although she was 12 years old in that time.

-Yup.Kat didn't dodged that sword attack,Carter pushed her away,if Carter wasn't there she would have been cut in half.

-When it growled,Emile should have turned his head.Instead of that he just stood.A spartan with super reflexes should have been able to survive that. When you hear someone growling behind you,you react.
I rewatched it and Emile had a second to react,he didn't even with the reflexes.

Prove me that Will,Fred and Linda are better then Chief.

Linda has better sniper skills but that's it.

But please i want your evidence of Fred and Will being better then John.

  • 03.27.2011 10:15 AM PDT

Um, Holly was 12. Noble Team is older. They are the same height as chief.

also "She would have chosen" Halsy wouldn't have chosen ANYBODY but those with the S2 requirements because the old version of the augmentations REQUIRED IT to survive. S3 augmentation nets the same results, but medical advances make it much more safer and able to be given to a slightly wider range of people.

That's the thing, the Spartans walked into a trap. If Kurt hadn't hanged back due to a bad feeling, they'd be dead or captured. If the Spartan IIs are so awesome, they shouldn't have done that <_<.

Just watched the cutscene, Kat was postured to dodge. Carter didn't give her a chance by dive/dodging into her and downward. Saying she wouldn't have is... foolish

As for Emile killing that Elite before dying? I'd wager that'd be impossible due to how close it was. I also just rewatched it and if anything he would have been stabbed from the side, maybe the front, not the back if he turned. Add the fact it was impossible for him to even see the second zealot when it dropped on the main gun (It's hard to see, but you can catch a glimpse of it.), he didn't know it was there.

-That's what i said, but Bungie said SIII's are a little weaker and smaller then SII's.

-They meant NON orphan children afterwards.Oh well.

-I can play like that as well.If Spartan III are more badass then why were they completely slaughtered.
No seriously, they didn't expected that kind of trap, could you blame them?Put Noble in that mission and they would be captured as well, except they wouldn't have Kurt to safe them and Kat will probably do somethin stupid and Emile wil go in guns blazing with his Kukri, lol.

-No Kat just grapped her pistol even if the zealots were several seconds before standing there. She's slow as hell.
Because if Carter didn't she would have died.

Look at Halo legends, you see Blue Team succesfully dodging swords with ease. That zealot wasn't only slow but he made a freaking growl, and if Emile hadn't the chanche to react for just 1 second, something that should be a piece of cake for spartan reflexes, then we can conclude that ONI scientists have forgotten to give Emile his reflex augmantaion ;)

I think real heroes finish their fights in one game :-D. The Master Chief is certainly a luckier Spartan, but I don't think that the Chief could have done any better put into Noble Six's situation at the end of Halo Reach. Long odds even for a Spartan.

How come no one's asking how the events of Halo: CE would go down with two Spartans on the scene? What about the fact that Noble Six would actually be the ranking Spartan? Being a Lieutenant and all and not a Master Chief Petty Officer?

that's a good question...

  • 03.28.2011 5:26 PM PDT

well from what I've gathered from my thorough reading of Halo canon, they're pretty much the two most elite spartans available...so i'd say yes they would make a badass team
