Every forum was usually good. There were funny pics, good maps, wierd glitches, good machinimas, people helping people with skulls/achievements. Now its like a ghost town. doesnt have any things bout halo 3. makes me remember halo 3 vs cod 4.
Its mostly just vidmasters, 50's who are legit and wanna keep halo 3, and "I JUST GOT RECON" forum posts. Its making me try to think about why so many people on b.net left. Now my friends dont even play halo 3 with me. Its just reach and black ops. I want the community back.

Life is a journey, if you spend all of it with your nose in your map, you may miss some of the best parts.

No, not really.

The old times are gone. They can never be replaced by any other game and now I'm sad. Gaming just isn't good like it used to be.

DAMN YOU MICROSOFT

We have a new version of it, it's even stupider than before and it's called the Reach forums.

Nonetheless, I miss the good ol' days where there were 2 pages straight of recent threads.

Add me to your friends list if you haven't already. It's a lot more fun to play with people from The Maw and people I know than random noobs.

Halo has really taken a hit from the success of Call of Duty 4 and above. I remember browsing the Halo 2 forums back in the day and threads would be lost to the second and third pages very quickly. Now even the Halo 3 forum has only a few new posts in the same amount of time.
