I'm sure that people have noticed this, but none of my friends had until I showed them. If you kill an enemy, and then melee said enemy over and over and over (and over) again, there will be so much blood on the ground that the game will actually slow to a crawl. This works especially well on Jackals (because they have no armor) and poorly on Grunts (because they have those huge breathing apparatuses on their backs). Also, if you leave the blood pool, the framerate will return to normal, but if you approach it again, the framerate will drop tremendously. It's especially cool to keep meleeing, because it'll be so slow that you'll hear a crunching sound before MC actually swings.
