Ignore my gamertag. It's actually Dragonzzilla.

For some reason, I thought of the idea a exiled Sangheili who eventually redeems himself and has the following friends:

Jiralhanae, Enforcer
Kig-Yar, Merchant Prince
Mgalekgolo, Lone Wolf
Skirmisher, Pirate

~

If this was possible, this would be the craziest Covenant group I've ever heard of. Opinions?

Sounds like a cool idea, but I have just one thing to say...what about the Gwunties?

Brutes hate Elites, sorry.

I know, right! It just popped in my head for some reason.

I don't think it's impossible, I don't think it very highly likely to happen, but I don't think it's totally impossible either. I mean Humanity and Elites hated each other, yet there are a couple instances where they've worked together or become friends, while the war was still going on no less. Such "Henry" with Rimmer and Lopez squad, or the Arbiter and Johnson, though granted Arbiter didn't have much choice in the matter, even if he would have wanted to refuse.

Also, some Elites respected humanity greatly for their combat skills, and wondered why they hadn't been offered a place in the Covenant.

So a brute and elite is very unlikely, but no impossible. A more 'honorable' and intelligent brute? A "More savage" Elite? who knows.

In Halo Wars, the Brute Commander was more like a Elite than the HW Arbiter was, and vice versa.

That Brute Commander respected humanity and was honorable, while HW Arbiter was more savage and brute-like.

I like it...gives us the chance to experience a non-human aspect of the war.

A change of pace at least!

I think we can all agree on this correct?

Though some collections explain the Covenant's view, they're all about the Human-Covenant War.

My Idea didn't include the war really. The only thing would be a Human Invasion force invades, thus the Elite rallies the defense, pushes the Humans out, redeeming himself.

Definitely, I would love more stories from the Covenant's perspective, game or otherwise, though I would really like a game heavily involving their POV.
