Maybe he just forgot about it? Maybe he didn't want to come back?

Heck, a whole lotta other people get deleted. What's the difference?

I wake up this morning to check HFCS to find a member missing. Well, as of today, Sigma is known as "Anonymous User (Deleted)".

I'm not that active, but never dead.

I'm sure we'll see him at the Wideload forums...

That's what he told us at MSXL before he went inactive.

Of course, first wideload needs to get forums...

Maka's next.
I have never seen him post.

Maka logged in two days ago. He is still active, but hardly ever posts.

Maka is a tranquil beast most of the time- but also subtle and quick to anger. He still roams around. As you said, doesn't post a whole lot, but he does his job.

It’s a sad day when another from that time before a time (The New Hotness) is lost. Oh, and Maka's an attention whore, so you can count on him not letting his account go silent:-)

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

The last time I talked to him he told me his computer broke...I don't know if he wanted to leave. Oh well I guess he's gone for good now. He was a lot of help in the ol' ol' days. Did a lot for chapter founders.

I remember him back when he was extremely active. Leading up to the Halo 2 release he was one of the few respectable members who posted regularly in the public forums. It is no surprise that Sigma is hardly remembered anymore.

Maka will be next to go though. Unless his school program changes.

could it be the never ending story of lil kiddies taking over bungie.net ? Could it be that bungie manufactured a sequel to adhere to the kiddies ???? Biggest mistake of all time....

I say congrats to him ... I too left and lurk the boards, in all honesty someone must agree.. you dont have to type it in a reply ; as I am sure your loyalty to the moderators overwhelms you..

I quit this game to comeback today and still have the little ones yelling in my ear on my new 360....

Where are you going with that? Halo 2 was made becuase Halo CE was a phenomenon and Bungie wanted a sequel. And what about you getting an ear ache becuase some kid yelled at you?

Wow that was relevant, leave again.

You are correct !

Halo 1 was a smash.... Halo 2 rolled around, all the little kiddies saw their buddies had this game and/or saw commercials of the sort... At that point a "flood" of immature brats came on to the boards, in turn making fans such as myself , (and the point i tried to make earlier about sigma) leave. Bungie seems to have made the game for the little ones ; was my point.

Another point being is that 90% of these little ones never played halo:ce...

but i digress... good luck sigma.

I am sure w/ all of halo 2's glory, and many more faults you still wouldnt admit to anything being wrong w/ the game. Although it is easier to see over mistakes as opposed as to admitting when you made one. (Another thing bungie isn't capable of doing : admitting their mistakes) ..

Ok, I just didnt understand your points. I do agree that the 'new crowd' arent exactly a blessing and I myself had left the boards for a short period. But new members will only keep coming and will sadly replace the older members.

Oh well, it seems like the members from the old coolness are slowly dissapearing one by one. Makes me wish I actually posted there instead of sitting on the sidelines :(

  • 01.10.2006 2:37 AM PDT

I'll be on my own side.

I stayed, even after all the idiots came in. I have taken breaks from B.net when they have gotten out of hand. It seems fine now, so I think I'm here to stay :)

I was no different from any idiot in the Flood back when I first joined.I used to use "LOL" and all those stupid acronyms.

Ugh, I'm ashamed.

Also, it's good to see you back Eagle.

I R nedus nd I poste lol!

That made me laugh so hard when you posted that. I went back and searched for some of my old posts, yeh I thought throwing a sword through people would be cool. Back in the day of course.

Ah, so one person remembers. Not sure if that's good or bad.

Actually it was, "i r illeterit and i poste lol".

Please, just don't ask.

I noticed that the mods were a lot more active back then. While hunting for some of my old posts(I am ashamed even more by what I found), I found a lot of posts by stosh. He was as active as a normal member. I even found a couple topics started by Maka.

Yeh I saw posts of Maka flaming people and everything back there. I nearly fell off my chair when I saw Gamejunkie say "Wow! I am as excited for august 24th (ILB) as Nov 9!!!!"
