The map would start out in a huge city much like New Mombasa, CTF only, one team defensive, would be placed at the center of the city in a large sky scraper housing a flag on the top, with aircraft and other ground vehicles at hand they can cover the entire city (approx. 8 sq miles) in a few minutes, the other team offensive, would be placed at the city limits, and would have only warthogs and ghosts to get them where they need to go, the exclusion of aircraft from the team retrieving the flag would add to the odds, upon start, offensive team would move toward the skyscraper, the entire city would be highly destructable, and the defensive team would be able to blast entire buildings over to create rougher terrain for the offensive team to manuever over, this would cause them to slow down, but subway systems would provide them with further transportation, although they could be destroyed as well, or the tunnels collapsed, resulting in the train, and occupants to die on impact with the collapsed section, every building would be open, making gurrilla warfare tactics nearly essential, but could be avoided, if the offensive team made it to the skyscraper, they would be met bu fire in any and every direction, but if they got inside the building, they would find that their only mode of transportation to the top of the building, where the flag was kept would be the stairs, there would be elevators available to the defensive team only so that they had a further advantage indoors where vehicles would be allowed but hard to use, on the stairwells, there would be motion detectors, security cameras, and lights, all that can be removed by burst fire, but if the offensive team is caught on one, it will immediately alert the defensive team of the enemy's presence, and the floor they were on, and they would be able to meet them head on from the elevator doors on each floor, all the way to the top. But they would have to watch out, a rocket or grenade placed at an elevator door would blast it open, revealing the nearly bottomless opening of the elevator shafts, and once the doors are gone, a well placed rocket shell could blast the cables free, sending the elevator and it's occupants, plummeting to the ground floor, explosion size with be different depending on what level the elevator fell from, and the explosion at the ground level would oblitlerate anybody, good or bad, that was at the bottom, but they would have to watch out too, too much structural damage at the bottom of the building when the elevator hits ground zero could topple the entire building, destroying the flag, and resulting in a tie. If the offensive team made it to the top, after retrieving the flag they would be able to take the enemy's aircraft to assist them on their retreat to the city limits, and once the flag is gone, the building housing it could be destroyed with rocket fire and banshee fire at the ground floor, killing anyone inside or near the large distance the collapse would cover, and affectively giving the flag carrier that extra time to get the flag to a safe distance before the players respawn. It's a little bit complicated, and would take an extensive timer of around 30-45 minutes a match, but i think it would give players an unforgetable experience. and Sense of reality.
