Some team objective based maps, like in RTCW. Would like to see something like these classics, or same kinda idea with the new Halo2 locations:
Mostly Assault/Defend:
T&R: Marines vs Covanent. Marines must battle thier way from one end of a Covanent starship to other, securing spawn checkpoints or completing tasks like destroying control rooms.
POA: Same thing, but reversed - Covanent on the offensive, fighting throught the belly of the human battleship to take control of the bridge, and secure/destroy whatever else.
AOTCR: The pyramid-looking structure leading to the control room. Marines must fight their way to the top and inside to take control of the control room. Basically similar to defend the light beam tower, but with the twisty ramp to ascend.
HALO: Defend the Light Beam Tower - The tower could be placed on top of something like the rockslide, with a long/narrow open field that must be transversed. Think king of the hill. The rockslide would be heavily defended with mounted guns and cannons.
The Maw: Escape from the Maw. This would be more like a racing game. 4 Warthogs at the most. 3 people could be in each vehicle. Race the length of the Maw to reach the LongSword first.
Silent Cartographer: Basic beach invasion, like the RTCW map. Take the beach, work up the path, and decend into the structure to access the SC.
Bringing team classes into play would be great too. Marine medic, engineer, soldier, and the Covanent counterparts.
