Subject: Should I Buy Halo 2 PC?

I Got halo 1 PC already. But i loved halo 2 on original xbox live, and i want that experience to return, but what are the differences in multi-player between the PC version and the Xbox version? because i want to relive the good ol' days

p.s i dont care about the differences in campaign because i doubt there are any and campaign is insane for halo 2

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

Population, for one. You'll never see more than 100 people online at any given time. It's usually sitting at around 50.

I agree with DusK. But it is fun, only if you play on server with ping lower than 100.

Oh, and the popular servers lag too.

Like the posters above me said, there's only a handful of servers at a time with people in them, and there can be issues with lag at times. Other than that, it's more or less the same as the Xbox version, with the addition of a map editor and two new exclusive maps. The modding/custom map selection isn't nearly as extensive as it is for Halo 1.

Go for it H2MT needs people to test out maps and also the game needs a bit of competition lol.

Yeah. It's good though, I see people walkin by these forums alone quite often announcing their purchase of H2V.

whoever is sending those strangely familiar messages... you know... "i was searching the site when i found your profile..." THOSE. Cut it out.

only buy it if you can run it. I made the mistake of buying it and my computer lags. keep this in mind:
just because your system meets the requirements, does not mean it will run well.
