I definitely believe every wildly inflated claim ITT.

Weow kid, do you even lift?

1) Do many people still play it online?
2) How many -blam!- updates do I have to go through to actually play?!

Halo 3

1. Not sure how much is "many". But in any case, there's always at least 5+ good player-filled servers to join at any given time.

2. I think 1? Don't remember

1. Well I'm Aussie, so I doubt I'll get an Aussie server then.

2. I've had to do 4 Windows LIVE updates so far.. :(

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

1. Usually around 50. Ben didn't wanna say that number, for obvious reasons, so he danced around it. The population of the game's pretty pathetic. If you're in Aussie-land, get used to playing by yourself or with 200+ ping.

2. A ton if you're updating within the game, but you can also download the client (which is the most recent version) separately and install it that way. I dunno the link, don't really care, Google is your friend.

1) There is a few servers that are full everyday.

2) There should not be many updates to halo 2 vista.

There are dedi servers in texas and on the east coast.

Well, yeah, cause those places are really close to Australia.

Also get used to lag spikes, as almost all h2v servers are hosted from basements, as no hosting provider bothers to create h2v dedis.
