While no I don't think it will happen here I must say...... attacking another sites forums because they supposedly took content? It could be settled even faster in much more civilized ways.

A), our forums are not easily spammed, due to the spam filter. B), I am willing to bet you the money in my XBox 360 savings hiding place that Achronos has ways of preventing things such as the DOS pinging program.

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

wow

Thats pretty organized.

Wish i was around for it.

Actually, I've heard many times that ebaumsworld steals content and claims it to be it's own. There was a flash about it on newgrounds. After the animation was published, the same kind of DOS program was used to ping the creator of the flash's website to make it exceed it's bandwidth limit.

Sorry for being off topic, just some history.

Ebaum is a thief, hopefully he will eventually learn that he can't steal content from people, i'm glad that YTMND is taking action for this too.

Apparently ytmnd has staged an attack on the ebaumsworld forums because ebaumsworld stole some ytmnd content and passed it off as its own. This attack has resulted in the ebaumsworld forums being forced offline. My question is this: could such a thing happen to bungie's forums, or is there safeguards against this? My guess is that bungie's forums handle so many users anyway that an attack by lots of posting simply wouldn't work, but I'm not sure.

Moved because it has nothing to do with Bungie.net.
