Since almost all of its customers were at some point a halo 2 fan I'm very surprised in how they have gone about their business in relation to halo 2 being online.
lol. Fancy talk, that makes quite a bit of sense but yet doesn't make sense to them for some reason. Plus bungie would benefit not just microsoft which makes this a even bigger case of letdown I've seen in a while (since Madden took exclusive rights from 2k after 2k won the best simulation sports game of the year, it rivals that sort of letdown, a collapse of a simulation football industry).
Let's hope they think more and stop hurting what their fans like.
I'm not saying their ignoring it (actually sort of) but they are interpreting people incorrectly, what they want conflicts with what is already present and would ruin what made something so good they would press on and ruin it anyways.
I.e. the utility belt in halo3, laser, terrible vehicles, flame thrower, br without any aim assist in a lagy game.
In reach the armor ability, slow recoil times, terrible vehicles. Both H3 and Hreach were slowed down to a snail's pace to adapt to no assist conditions.
It was a sham and a thrown together mess, with more time spent on armor permutations, forge, and theater than actual core, frame, bones, of why things in halo 2worked, why button combos worked, why it flowed and was smooth and wasn't constricted by lag. It's just constant bull to me.
Listen to people in the wrong way you get a terrible result i.e. H3, ODST, and Hreach. Don't blame it on the customer and what they requested blame it on the inability to put things together in a way that wouldn't ruin the best base in history for online play halo 2.
I could spout off like this forever lol.
