See title.

My personal favorite out of every Halo game is the beginning to LNoS

Game: Halo: Combat Evolved

Level: Halo

Walking out of the pod with dead marines and you see a ring in the distance curving upwards. breath taking when I was just a 14 year old playing that game for the first time.

The actual level was very interesting, a whole new area you have no idea about, encountering Pods with dead marines and others flying above with Covenant dropships trying to take them and you down, it sure was a great experience.

What came to mind when I saw this thread. The waterfalls, the ring curving up into the distance, the stars visible in the sky, the effect of the sun filtering through the trees, the lovely sounds, and the blue beams shooting up over the hills all contribute to the fantastic atmosphere of that location.

Trussingdoor is pretty kewl. He fires lasers and doesn't afraid of anything.

The end of the final level in ODST, where you fight until the phantom picks you up and you escape. ODST wasnt great, but that was a shining moment among halo games.

I couldn't tell it any better. That's the most memorable area in Halo. Actually when I think of it that is the most memorable area in any game I have ever played.

Bungie.Match.com: Our Johnson knows what the ladies like.

The area in Halo 3 where you fight 2 scarabs at once. Which raises the question, why can't we fight scarabs in Reach?!

Spartans never die... they just revert to last checkpoint.

There once was an ugly barnacle. He was so ugly that everyone died.

The end.

In the level gravemind where you enter the Arbiter Chamber and the kick ass Blow Me Away music sets in.

Wow, everyone likes the beginning of Halo: CE a lot. The more I think about it, the more I understand why.

Sadly, I was seven when I encountered that scene, so it didn't mean that much to me.

But I like the beginning to LNoS because it shows the covenants military might.

The beginning of The Silent Cartographer.

Probably the Halo CE level "Halo" (just to like everyone else apparently), when I think of a Halo ring that is what comes to mind.

-blam!- Was that actually blammed out? Or did I just type it? You'll never know.

Halo 2's Delta Halo. Love the ruins.
