"Whatever exists, whatever in creation exists without my knowledge exists without my consent. These anonymous creatures may seem little or nothing in the world. Yet the smallest crumb can devour us. Any smallest thing beneath yon rock out of men's knowing. Only nature can enslave man and only when the existence of each last entity is routed out and made to stand naked before him will he be properly suzerain of the earth."

Hmmm...what does go on in Zanzibar?

You do have to consider that when you start a topic in Zanzibar, chances are 20 minutes later someone else will copy that topic and make a new thread. That's what goes on while you are away. It's occuring right now. Somewhere in Zanzibar is a superjumping thread that Achronos has responded to, and soon there will be a new thread: "Why is superjumping cheating Bungie?"

I would also say the math is screwed up because you have to consider all of the deleted, moved, and locked topics.

I am a PROPHET! Look:

Holy crap man, I can't believe that Zanzibar is getting this predictable.

The Flood has a certain level of predictability. Chaos theory: even in chaos there are patterns and ninjas leave their marks as well.

"I pledge to punch all switches, to never shoot where I could use grenades, to admit the existence of no level except Total Carnage, to never use caps lock as my "run" key, and to never, ever, leave a single BoB alive."

2B || !2B - Why don't you look Inside the Machine?

The Flood is actually a better place since I have been there from May of 05. When it was an FFA, where now it is actually an unorganized organization of none-sense. Not flame/spam/etc. topics. Like the infamous "My Grandfather (or other relative) died today" threads. Because fake threads like that just hurt people who have experienced that situation.

Soon money will fall from the sky.

You people have just sent my sides into orbit. A bunch of MLG try hards sucking the dick of some supposed pro half the thread hasn't even heard of. Classic.

If you could make that happen Mabian I would be your most devoted follower. Wait a second ......I already am!!!!

Actually, if money were to fall from the sky at any point, then he would be correct. It all depends on one's definition of soon.

I was begining to belive the Chuck Norris threads weren't going to die. I had to stay away for a little bit when those started.

Someone needs to assassinate whoever began the whole "Chuck Norris" thing. And I don't mean on Bungie.net. It's just far too old.

People need to realize that the more attention that he gets the longer he lives. If we ignore the threads like we do his movies then he will die. It is that simple.

The Frozen Minority - The most infamous clan borne from the Seventh Column.

I'm still scoffing at the boat theory. No one ever guesses Zepplins...

There is one flaw in your maths though dmbfan, in Zanzibar how many of the threads per day are actually new discussions and how many of the threads in the underground actually are rule abiding?

It's not a flaw in the math, it's a flaw in the process. I'm not going to take the time to figure out what threads are valid and what isn't, but the general idea is still valid. It's a rough guesstimate...

If you did go through all of them again i think you would find that there would be about 20 topics that didn't break any rules.

But, if I'm going to do that for you, unfotunately, someone will have to pay me $295 per hour for it.

Exactly. What I did was quick and dirty for a reason, but is a good representation of activity. Just because a thread isn't "good", it is still considered part of the activity.

And a determination of what threads are good is a qualitative decision. Activity is better than the alternative.
