I found a glitch on accident that really isn't that big. It's no sound when you reload.

First get next to a vehicle(ghost, warthog, tank, doesn't matter). shoot all the bullets out of a gun that uses a clip. Before it reloads get in the vehicle. The reloading sound will continue. When you exit the vehicle you will reload with no sound. I just stumbled upon this when I was just messing around in multiplayer. It can be done in multiplayer, co-op, or single player mode.

a glitch yes, trick no. there is no practical use for this since the AI's don't react to that sound. unless your playing a 1v1 on a teeny map but there are no vehicles on those.

I guess if you don't want to hear someone reload.

Very good trick.

If you are playing system link it doesn't work. That's what a friend told me anyways. I use the reload one weapon while using the other weapon more.

Yeah, Backpack Reloading rules.

I find you can get the same result if you press the mute button on your TV at the same time as reloading.
