Is it just me or is the Battle Rifle inaccurate? In Campaign, I hit them right in the head yet they just don't die.

I'm assuming this is because of auto aim, spread, and/or bullet speed.

Has anyone else suffered this? What can I do about it?

Also, does this have to do with difficulty or skulls?

This is the average H2 Fanboy.
Xfire: JacobGRocks.
50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

The BR is inaccurate. Everyshot hits.

Halo 3

It has to do with difficulty, I think. Don't know if it's the same as Reach, but Reach requires a few more extra shots to the face for every difficulty.

Makes sense. It's harder to kill!

But they don't kill. Headshots are supposed to be one shot kills.

I think it has to do with the platform. It could also have something to do with hitboxes.

Elites, Grunts, Jackals, even Marines!

And I encountered this problem on unmodded maps.

It just depends on how far away you are from your target it only seems to hit things inside the circle thing that you aim through.(currently forgot what it's called)

Nope, that's not the case for me. I even shoot up close to them and they still don't die.

As for the bad connection, that's alright. I used to have a very old computer and it was living hell.
