"Per audacia [sic] ad astra" means (and I assure you),
"Through boldness to the stars."
And technically, it is grammatically wrong. "Per" is a preposition, and because "audacia" proceeds it, it would need to be the ablative form, "audaciam." So it would properly read: "Per audaciam ad astra."
