Firstly, the legalities to use Bungie's Halo music (which is owned by Microsoft as part of the Halo IP) would be an absolutely nightmare, assuming that your video game will be sold for a profit. And even if it isn't, Microsoft would not be happy with their property being used for something like another video game, as I doubt that type of use falls under the license that allows for machinima, montages etc.
Secondly, why would you want to use the Halo music for your own video game? It would look extremely unprofessional and lazy, assuming it is an original game. If it is a Halo game, then for your own good you should stop right now, as Microsoft would be well within their rights to sue you.
Thirdly, assuming you did get permission to use the Halo music in your video game, it would be Microsoft you would be giving a share of the profit to, not Bungie, as they own the Halo IP.
Lastly, if you want to work for Bungie (as stated in the poll), then you should apply from the Careers section of this website, submitting your CV and any references or portfolios necessary for the job you would be applying for.
That is all.
