smart, interesting, seems out of place.
Official fan of Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, (Problem with that?) Halo, and Bungie, also a total gaming junkie.

I've seen a BOB on Exodus exactly once, but I've been unable to replicate whatever made him spawn. At the point when the Phantoms drop off Brutes while you wait for the elevator, I went out on the balcony to wait for the closer troops to drop...and spotted a BOB running merrily across the way on the other side of the chasm towards the suicide grunt area. I failed to kill him (no long range weapon), but he was there.
As I've said, I haven't spotted him since then, so either he's hard to coax out or I'm insane >.>
Been here and searched. Found nothing. I played on LASO and had not died prior to this checkpoint. I think maybe what you saw was a brute chieftain, which also wears a gold(-ish) armor.
however there are three hidden brutes one the ledge beneath, who appear when you come out of the suicide squad area, and immediately despawns.
Theory: These could be the bob? There are no, or few elite models on the entire map. Maybe they count as bob, since having elites on this map might have been an issue?
Pretty obviously you get a load of plasma grenades right before encountering these. Suicide squad anyone?
I'm considering reading Exodus's scripting if I can figure out how to, or have somebody else do it. Then we can see if there are any Elite Models scripted into it.
And about the Brutes, you're insane. We'll need to look around for any secret passages in the suicide area.
I am not crazy. they are there. se for yourself. you could probly kill them by jumping off the ledge and spam grenades.
also if you really plan on reading the code / datamine for bobs, why dont you rather try to find the tags on existing bobs to locate the spawn sequence of those that havent been found?
I wasn't saying they ain't there, just saying that it was insane to go kamikaze off a cliff.
That would probably be easier.
