Answer to this is probably "no", but...
What about joke tags that the file author approves of? As an example, my friend's Film Clip shows an unmanned Ghost glitching in Firefight, vibrating uncontrollably, and smashing him into a cliff. He was perfectly okay with the tag "author rams cliff".
I can understand banning "author rams babies" and the like (and indeed, I'm glad to see them go away), as those are obvious insults under just about all circumstances, but what of joke tags following the "rams" pattern?
this is a valid point.
i think bungie looks at the word AFTER rams, in this case, cliff is funny, and not inappropriate.
