as obvious as the answer may be, i don't see it.
a few of my friends got together the other day and we wanted to play halo 3 custom games. my friend doesn't have the map packs so i let him use my multiplayer disk since i had purchased all the maps from the marketplace for the original disk. i put my original halo 3 disk in only to find that the downloadable maps didn't show up.
what i did to try and fix it:
we were playing system link since my friend didn't have a wireless adapter. i figured since i wasn't connected to live i didn't have access to the maps. i then connected to live and tried again, still no maps. i re-downloaded them, no maps.
the only other possible explanation would be that i was playing on my new xbox, even though i transferred all my content with a hard drive transfer cable. the next thing i did was try and transfer my purchase license to my new xbox but have a feeling i did something wrong since i did it from my phone.
btw, i did some research and still found nothing that helped or fit my situation.
any suggestions, Please?
