My ODST themed tattoo.
I can't wait for Karen Traviss' new series of books.
I loved her Star Wars Republic Commando series, and when I heard she left it to someone else I was a little disappointed..
But then I heard she was going to Halo! I've read each of the Halo novels at least twice, The Fall of Reach I've probably read 10 times. I really can't wait for that match made in heaven.
That and the new Forerunner trilogy started off great.
Everyone over there did a great job creating a universe.

Your one stop shop for all of 343's fabulous errors and ridiculous notions in the Halo lore.

Halo fans are going to instantly hate her, she had an idea of portraying Halsey as a war criminal and if you portray a character differently than how they previously were, oh no.

I can't wait though, she did well in Halo: Evolutions.

[Insert something funny]

She made the Gears Universe interesting for mr, and I loved her work in Halo: Evolutions. Can't wait to see what she does!

Halsey WAS a war criminal though... Through out the whole series she was struggling with the way she took the Spartans from their homes and raised them.
She just looked at the past as the past and is now trying everything to keep her Spartans alive.
Even the Spartan III's which weren't even her idea.

I understand that, the fanboys won't.

Haha yeah, I get what you're saying, though I don't really see how "war criminal" would really apply, I get the criminal aspect, she kidnapped all the Spartan IIs, I just don't see exactly see how that equates to war crimes :/ Maybe I'm just being obtuse or something, haha XD

Well, she would at least be tried on the World Court. The families of the Spartan-IIs probably are going to find out what happened to their relatives and if that happens while Halsey is still alive, oh boy.

For the record, she didn't just leave the Republic Commando Series. There were too many issues with stupid Star wars trademarks/ lucas arts ect. so she just decided to cancel the series.

Indeed, no disagreement there, by the standards of law Halsey was definitely a criminal, and things would definitely get ugly if the whole of information regarding the SIIs ever went public, especially in Halsey's lifetime, whether the families of the IIs are still around or not, probably some would be, but I'm thinking a great deal of them probably died during the war, at leas the ones from the Outer Colonies.
