Subject: Could the Remake Go Multi-Platform?

I AM THE GREAT BOBALUGA

If this project is developed by Bungie it has the potential to launch on any and all consoles.... Anyone know who is actually working on it?

Here comes Tulkas

We know it's not Bungie. They're done with Halo. 343 is keeping things under wraps. Wait for E3 in June.

I AM THE GREAT BOBALUGA

if so, then it'll be Xbox only...

  • 04.27.2011 12:43 PM PDT

Depends on whether Microsoft can persuade Sony to register as a third party.

  • 04.27.2011 10:44 PM PDT

no. nonono

If it is even being created, it is most likely being made by 343i, who are owned by Microsoft (I think), so it will most likely be Xbox only.

Halo 2 for Life!

No, unless Microsoft makes more than one system.

That would be quite the game changer. Honestly, other than brand loyalty to fanboys, I don't see any reason why MS and Sony haven't taken steps toward this, at least in a limited capacity.

seeing how 343 is a division of Microsoft, then I'd defintely expect it to be 360 only.

I could be wrong, but doesn't Microsoft do some PC stuff also?

  • 04.28.2011 6:38 PM PDT

I hope to see some goosers of the future. May DBM ride into the next decade! Mon Kings , Monflocks. Mon-Elites, and Golden Gooses unite and go FTW!

Since XBOX 360 came out, Microsoft has been a little low on quality PC games, in my opinion. Last Microsoft Game I played on my comp was made in 1999. Go figure.

They are both extremely protective of their cookie recipes, and should they become partners, they would become worried this cookie recipe might be in jeopardy. The only solution would be to make new cookies and eat them.

I think of the relationship between Sony and MS is like the relationship between Russia and the United States during the Cold War: both are afraid to make a move because they fear the other will retaliate with force....except in this case it is technology based and not strategy based.

That does not sound soft and delicious.

It is one of those things I don't visualize as such. If MS can make like Reagan and compromise with Sony, then we might be able to achieve such deliciousness.

Only time will tell.

But the chocolate chips!

Will fall into place when the time comes. No promises or deals have been made...yet.

  • 04.28.2011 7:23 PM PDT

I hope the chocolate chips have sprinkles.

I like to eat my cookies right after they come out of the oven. That way they are fresh and soft.

If anything a PC version might exist, otherwise it would be an Xbox exclusive.

Very true, and god forbid we expect something progressive from their respective bakeries.

I would like to see it go to PS3 too. I played it and I loved it. Give the PS3 users the chance to play it. May get a dedicated PS3 following and get more 360 consoles sold. If they love it, they would buy a 360 to play the rest of them.

There is a tiny chance that it will be on PC as well, but, that is an incredibly tiny chance.

I don't think cupcakes are on the agenda at this point, although sprinkled muffins are a distinct possibility.

It looks like a Puma?!?

No, Unless MS decides to sell their flagship Franchise, which is unlikely to happen.
