Which do you think Is better?

I'm actually pretty in love with both of their music. I <3 them equally. Which do you like more?

How many World of Warcrafts does it take to screw in a virgin? LIGHTBULB!

While I love Hans, he just seems to be to...stereotypical. Some of his recent works rely to heavily on the Violin climaxes and such.

Where as Marty seems to have this awesome way of keeping things fresh. That and his soundtracks are legendary.

Martin. Boy, are his works varied.

I won the Star Nameplate for "Encounter", featured in Bungie All Stars Week 14 "Hunters".

I reside in New Zealand.

WARNING: my auto-responder is turned ON.

Ok, so I voted Hans, but Marty's great too. I'm proud to own ALL the Halo soundtracks.
:)
That said, I own even more of Zimmer's music, and like it that little bit more.
:D

I'm not going to pick. They are both great in their own right.

Wow. What rock have you been living under?

I can't decide honestly. I'll just pick both; Martin and Hans are equally great in my book.

You fell for his sarcasm.

See, on the internet, sarcasm isn't really easy to distinguish especially given a phrase as simple as "Who is Hanz?"

If I posted a thread saying "is master chief a robot?" and you didn't know who I was or my background regarding Halo lore, could you tell whether or not I was being serious?

This, but The Pacific Theme "Honor" was just....indescribable.

^This sums up my thoughts exactly. I like them both, but Marty keeps... mobile.

you are a good translator
Idiot can be a hard language to learn, but once you get it down, everything becomes so clear! The whole world will make sense to you.

Marty's music is way more interesting to me.

OR you could use the "Both" option I put in :)

I like both, but prefer Marty over all.

And honestly, they've got different styles. So it just depends upon the persons preference.

Zimmer's orchestral music sounds slightly more fleshed out than Marty's. But the latter is my definite favorite. He's the only person I know of who can create something great out of gregorian chanting, dark synths and beats, orchestral music and much, much more.

Are you kidding me?

I voted Hanz.

I'm sad that people don't know hanz zimmer as much as they should. His music is in just about every good movie I've seen.
