Well, basically, a lot of it is experience. Firstly, don't scope unless the target is far away. When having a BR battle close up, you need to be able to move your reticle fast to keep up with a fast target. Scoping only helps against a slower moving target. Which basically means it's only useful to use it for long range. Secondly, aim for the torso for the first 3-4 bursts, then aim for the head. That's the ideal way to win a BR battle. Also strafe or, more effectively, jump. It makes you a harder target, and it gives you a better shot. And lastly, it mostly just takes time. You'll get better with more and more games.
