Why do you assume a comic version of The Fall of Reach would overide what is already established, in the canon hierarchy the comics and graphic novels would surely be at the bottom of the list, especially in this case as the authors have no previous (to my knowledge) involvement with the halo franchise.
The comics are on the same tier as novels.

I guess you missed my earlier post or something.
Here is what I said:

They might use it to connect the game and the book better, so there might be a couple changes to both perhaps, but from all I've seen 343i has the same position on Reach as Bungie."
Unless they make changes to Reach in the comic book, then the two would still coexist and their would not be any change as 343i regards Halo: Reach and TFoR in the same way that Bungie does.
