I go to Halopedian now,the other Halo wikia is infected by idiots who constantly post pointless articles about glitches, dumb easter egges and non canon things.

I go with Halopedian

I go with the one that comes up first on Google.

Halopedia, it's the first source I ever used and I've found it to be the most accurate.

I must go now, my planet needs me.

halo nation

Halo Nation, because the leaders of Halopedia have mistreated me in the past, and I know their position all to well, and I can assure you, it is extremely biased. Now, the new guys over at Halo Nation treat me like an equal, and they search a much 'wider' pool of sources than Halopedia.

Halo Nation, all the way.

I do not appreciate B.Net Group solicitation. If you ignore this and send me an invitation anyway, I will block communications with you.

Halopedia likes to assert things that are not complete fact, and has been drastically incorrect in the past because of it. I don't like citing sources of information that tend to put their personal bias into their information.

It's a wikia. Everything in there is subject to opinion. Hence the need for people to monitor the website.

Halopedian more accurate, Halo Nation more information

A wikia is supposed to provide concrete information, not misleading information based on assumptive bias. Because of the administrators of that particular wiki, it can not be an end-all source of information on the topic, which makes it negligible for people like myself who pay attention to the minute intricacies.

Signatures are for squares.

Both suck. I don't really need either website anyway. I've got pretty much every single source of canon sitting on this shelf anyway. I cross check everything myself.

  • 05.08.2011 10:28 AM PDT

Halopedian, the original. More accurate more information, etc etc. Half the articals on Halo Nation are more or less copy pasted from Halopedian anyways.

I choose halopedian.

Vengeance only leads to an ongoing cycle of hatred.

Bungie needs to make a site for all the fact so we don't have to rely on unreliable sources like halo nation or halopedia.

  • 05.08.2011 11:52 AM PDT

Halopedia might not be the BEST source for canon, but it is a useful place to base things from (Not everybody has EVERY bit of halo lore stuff released.)

While i do have almost everything to cross check things ^^.
I'm to lazy to do so.
I've run around both sites a few times here or there. But i don't really use either. Reading arguments on here is a "more exciting way" to learn about some of the most boring lore haha.

This, It is said seeing how other wikis such as fallout/mass effect, dead space, etc; are far better than halopedian at keeping information and accurate information.

It still bugs me how they label the spartans as "red team" instead of calling them OMEGA team and listing them as a splinter of red team.

Halopedian. Why? Halo Nation is biased, putting facts that make the Covenant sound like they could take on the Xeelee and win...

And the Halo Wikia [original] fell victim to 4chan's /b/ virus bomb.

"Find where the liar hides, so that I may place my boot between his gums!" - Rtas 'Vadum

I guess it would be Halopedian, but only because I have read Halo Nation purport ridiculous assertions. That does not make Halopedian good though. They have used speculation to justify arguments in the face of what is otherwise explicit facts.
