Subject: Halo nation vs Halopedia

Both suck. I don't really need either website anyway. I've got pretty much every single source of canon sitting on this shelf anyway. I cross check everything myself.

And that's the way to do it!

Halopedia likes to assert things that are not complete fact, and has been drastically incorrect in the past because of it. I don't like citing sources of information that tend to put their personal bias into their information.

I lol'd at the absurd miscommunication that occurs whenever dibbs post something. Perhaps his brain is so highly evolved that he can no longer clearly communicate with lesser life forms, even among his own species.

So this is why most people in this forum are so ignorant of Halo canon...

I tend to check everything from the books if I don't find anything from Halopedian/Halo Nation or if I am uncertain about the source/need more information. Books are the best source you can have. From there you can draw your own conclusions. If someone draws a conclusion and writes it to Halopedia, then someone looks that bit of information, draws their own conclusion and writes it on another page of Halopedia and then someone draws their own conclusion and writes it here on Bungie.net, the information is pretty skewed when it gets here. Books have the information in it's most original form.

Halopedia. Halo Nation is nothing but an outdated version of Halopedia. Any criticism for Halopedia in this topic applies doubly for Halo Nation. (besides some of the admins sucking ass)

This. Best way to be completely sure.

The one exception to canon is the current version of the Halo Encyclopedia. But only for a few pictures and some misstated facts.

Yes I'm fairly young. No, that doesn't mean I'm automatically dumber than you or have less life experience, thats just generally the case. I am not your general case.

Halopedia is more accurate, Halo Nation is getting there but is still full of idiots

OP should have put a poll.
