This is a Reach account that I created the day they announced his name in a bnet weekly update. Any stats regarding ODST or Halo 3 are irrelevant. Also, Halo CE master race. Halo 1 > other halo games > other games.
Account Status: Silver :(

it is an awesome experience, i agree but my point was all vidoes when they get sequels start to go down hill its always inevitable. i had fun playing halo 2 with my friend we would stay up all night playing campaign over and over again. it was some of the best times ive had, but once halo 3 came out we hardly ever played. it just went down hill.Yes, god forbid fans ever want to play their favorite Halo game online again.
Microsoft runs a business. They kept the game online for 6 years. Towards the end they had to give away microsoft points to get people to play it again. Look at Halo 3 today. It's probably around 100,000 +/- 20,000 (per 24 hours). Halo 2 was less than 2,000 (per 24 hours) for several years. Even the weekends barely cracked 3,500. It just didn't make sense to keep up what became a cult game. There were some who played over 10,000 games and kept up with it till the end, but that was a small portion of the halo community. Even when they announced it was the end it was ignored by many. Halo 2 was good for its time, but it was probably the least popular of the major titles. It's too early to tell Reach's legacy, but I mean out of the first three titles it was probably the least popular.
