what do u say to a kind of buddy list, like it shows you who of you're different groups is online when you are, making pm's and forum posts easier to communicate and keep a subject running and stuff, or to relay important stuff quickly before you forget. what do you think?
Some guy made this for me.
Or you could use an existing messaging system. Like AIM or MSN or something.[Edited on 1/26/2006]
Do you have what it takes to become a ninja? Join Ninja AcademyPrepared to learn the way of the jedi? JoinKOTOR
a buddy list, if practical, sounds like a good idea

Hmm...i'm sure this has been suggested before and well..it would be kind of cool i guess. You have to think about it though. How many buddies would you have? Quite a few i'd imagine. That's not exactly going to increase the quality of the site's performance.
it would just be easier, like if u want somebody to advertise or something, u tell them. it would be helpful for group activities and stuff like that.
The great thing about AIM or MSN is you can manage your buddies into categories like "my group"Try it you like it!
dude i know im not retarted, but id rather just see on the far right where it is just empty space, who is online and who is not, i mean really
KOTOR | The WarriorsI'll chain you to the truth for the truth shall set you freeI'll turn the screws of vengeance and bury you with honestyI'll make all your dreams come to life, then slay them as quickly as they came
I agree. Another feature I want is the ability to change your group Mod's text color, just like the Mods have.
There would be pletny of problems. Like off the bat you could just tell your friend to go bump your thread for you.
Thats not a bad idea.
Im no expert, but it seems like this wouldnt be too diffiult if the buddy list was created using B.net members from your MSN buddy list...
yep or AIM or yahoo, or google messenger, and there should be some way the mods can detect whether u ask ur friend to bump a thread for you, that way they would be able to unbump it or something
