I know what people are thinking: "Ohhhh no he didn't!" Well, yes I did. I took the ever-conflicting franchises of Hall and Modern Warfare and made them one. LET'S SEE WHAT REACTIONS I GET. :D NOTHING BAD, I HOPE. This is really just something I did out of boredom and to see how people reacted--I'm not a hilarious person, though I do have my moments, and it's hard to convey comedy in to text and stay completely serious and grammatically correct at the same time. Prologue isn't very in-depth or carefully thought-out. <_<

Prologue

The members of Task Farce 141 stood aligned and at attention in the debriefing room before the ever-stoic looking General Shepherd. He eyed his team with narrowed eyes before pulling out a cigar from a small box he kept tucked away in his rear pocket and sticking it between his teeth. Slowly, he tucked the box away, though the patient members of Task Farce 141 kept their eyes on the General, unfazed.

Calculating them still, he slowly reached for his left pocket and fumbled about for a moment before frowning. ". . . god dammit," Shepherd swore beneath his breath and the members of
Task Farce 141 glanced at each other, shrugging some in confusing as the General continued fumbling within his pocket. Sighing, he cleared his throat awkwardly before murmuring something inaudible.

Hesitating, one of the members of the Team, Simon "Ghost" Reiley, furrowed his brow before speaking up. "Er... sir?" he questioned, slightly confused.

General Shepherd set his jaw and wiped a hand over his face. "I said, 'does anybody have a god damned lighter', god dammit!" he snapped with sudden and unexpected venom, causing all of the members to flinch visibly.

"Er . . ." Ghost awkwardly stepped forward and handed the General a lighter which he had retrieved from his pocket, eying the General uncertainly through his mask and glasses. Shepherd swiped it and lit the cigar quickly before tucking it into his own pocket. Ghost, whose hand had been outstretched, let it drop to his side, seeing that he wasn't getting it back. ". . . well, alright, then," the British commando muttered.

"Get back in formation, god dammit!" Shepherd swore and Ghost immediately cowered, returning to where his mates had been standing, though they seemed equally scared. Shepherd eyed them in disgust before clicking the center button of the remote within his grasp. The large screen at the end of the room opened up, revealing the words "Bungie-E" on it in blue text.

The men eyed the screen and gasped, though the newest member of Task Farce 141, a man by the name of Allen, eyed them, unsure of their reaction. "What's so bad about Bungie-E? And what does the E at the end stand for?" Allen asked Ghost, leaning closer to him and whispering so Shepherd wouldn't overhear.

Ghost swallowed. "Bungie-E is the world's most advanced and hyper-lethal terrorist group to ever exist. They've been at war with Infinity War for years, but due to one of their newest assets, a machine designed for total field-combat domination . . . they've been winning the fight."

Allen swallowed. "I . . . see. I think." He frowned and repeated himself, "But what does the E stand for?"

Ghost turned his gaze upon Allen and gently put a hand on his shoulder, eying him seriously through the tactical sunglasses shielding his eyes. "Evil," he replied dramatically. Allen let out an audible gulp before facing Shepherd again, unable to speak any further as he eyed the display screen.

"Listen up, men," Shepherd instructed, folding his hands behind his back. "You're all here for a very special assignment. To neutralize Bungie-E's latest weapon: a super-soldier capable of the most arduous and advanced tasks. His battle efficiency is unmatched . . . If he were one of the four Horsemen, he would be War; if he were a Greek God, he would be Aries; if he were a Master of the Universe, he would be Skeletore . . ."

All of the Task Farce members eyed eachother oddly at that. The General pressed another button which changed the image on screen to a blurred photograph of what looked to be a tall, humanoid figure dressed in olive-green armor with a golden visor at his devilish looking helmet. "My God . . ." Ghost breathed, having never seen such a demonic sight in his life.

Shepherd nodded gravely. "Gentlemen, I give you Bungie-E's newest asset." He spread his arms wide. "I give you Master Chief."
