Halo Cryptum is non-canon in my opinion. So i don't know.

Your opinion counts for nothing.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, even if they aren't founded in any factual basis

Entitled to an opinion, yes. Free to use that opinion in a discussion of official canon, no.

Agreed

No one could beat Chief.

According to Ghosts of Onyx, whenever he and Kurt-051 went at it, Kurt won, every time.

Battlefield 3 MASTER RACE
Mass Effect 3 MASTER RACE
Skyrim MASTER RACE
Coup MASTER RACE
Chrome MASTER RACE
I program games, that's all you need to know.

Yes, they may put up a good fight, especially Master Chief. But in the end, the Forerunners would triumph and reign victorious!

Then please explain to me how the could do so when they were wiped out by something with no technology other than what it subsumed into itself?

While it was "prehistoric humans" it wasn't the Neanderthals that beat them. The prehistoric humans you are referring to were devolutionized to cavemen precisely because they could fight well. Just a clarification

The flood "beat" them due to the forerunner goal to stopping the flood not destroying it. not to mention they were trying to get the flood itself a secret from the populace.

The flood are still alive and the forerunners are still alive in all honesty it might has well have been a stalemate or a tie.

no.

they were de-evolved due to forerunners wanting to secure there power in the galaxy/orion arm.

humans are the only known competitors to the forerunners.

"Time was your ally human. But now it has abandoned you. The Forerunners....have returned. And this tomb... is now yours". - The Didact

A single Forerunner ship would solo both UNSC and Covenant.

Truth.

The Keyship was stripped of all its weapons yet ploughed through the UNSC home fleet, then was subject to being hit by a dozen MAC rounds and wasn't so much as scratched.
