S-117 was the worst
My favorite was S-1337
and no I am not being sarcastic...

Then yes you are just being stupid.

1337 is not canon and Odd One Out was the stupidest -blam!- I ever sat through in my entire life.

1337 is as much canon as Master Chief is. And Odd Man Out was great IMO.

kat. who the -blam!- turns off thier shields in a battle zone?
^That was because the EMP nocked then out bud.

Her driving skills how ever are another matter...

No no no, Here helmet was not on all the way, If you look you see her neck was exposed, So her shield did not complete the circuit.

No, all of Noble Team had no shields because they were being bombarded by 90 million roentgens. Kat would have been killed before she even reached the elevator if any of her skin was exposed because 500 roentgens is enough to kill someone in mere minutes.

Whoa whoa whoa
If that was 90 million roentgens, no one in the city would have survived, everything would have been damn well fried.
The roentgens would've most likely originating from the charge building up from the energy projector of the covie ship.

Not even mjolnir armor could protect from THAT much radiation.

And Kat is what I consider to be the very worst Spartan, at least combat wise, she isn't worthy enough to wear let alone touch mjolnir armor.

Listen to Kat's dialogue:
"Radiation flare, big. 40 million roentgens."
"Just lost Holland, what's going on?"
"Atomic excitement scrambled the signal, 90 million now."

The Covenant ships weren't very far away from them either.

K so?

Are you completely retarded? You know what the difference between a hundred and a million is, right?

When will you learn that AI =/= person!?

Her decisions and voice were terrible in the cutscenes as well.

Care to elaborate on that opinionated statement of yours? 'Cause I didn't see any poor decision making
And what's wrong with her voice, I liked it, accents are cool.

Carter "I Can't Close the Hatch" A259, I'd say.

What? Are you meaning when he says "I have the [mass/bat]"? That was a poor line due to bad audio and confusing wording, but I don't see how "I can't close the hatch," could be gotten from it...

With out kat, we would have never found halo.

Still waiting on good proof of this. To my understanding, Cortana drew that information directly from the Covenant artifact.

Wow, man, Its obvious that I read it wrong. You are getting hostile about a simple reading mistake. Calm down.

I think Halsy says this when in the elevator in the package. I might be wrong. But she did do something.

Nicole-458. Seriously, how can she be beat by Ryu Hayabusa? He's bad ass, but not "beat a genetically enhanced super soldier from 500 years in the future" b.a.

He kills 500-foot tall demons, you assjack.

I almost want to say Sam. Other than getting shot and carrying a few C12 det-pack, I don't remember him doing anything amazing.

Was the artifact the "Latchkey" discovery?

If so, yeah... Without Kat it most likely never would have been found.

The none of the SIIs we've all come to know and love over the last ten years, except for Chief and Linda, must be the worst too, 'cause they've never really had anything truly exceptional recounted in the Halo lore so far. Not doing anything exceptional does not make them the worst.

And if by "all he did was -blam!-!" you mean the AI, then that's just silly. The performance of the AI characters is not by any means a reflection on the canon of the character if they don't behave efficiently, that just means the AI sucks and they have poor programming or whatever.

When he is piloting the Pelican, leaves the hatch open, they are easily attacked by Banshees when the hatch is open...

In my opinion, the events that led up to his death could have easily been prevented, had he closed the hatch.

Hence, "I Can't Close the Hatch."

Signatures are for squares.

Kat probably takes the cake.

I'd put Emile close behind her.

And if we're talking worst II's then I'd go with Solomon.

Tom and Lucy are two of my favorite Spartans, and they both did phenomenal jobs as Spartan III's. Hell, when there was three Sentinel facilities that needed to be destroyed, Blue Team was sent to one(with Four Spartan II's sporting MJOLNIR Mark V/VI) Saber team was sent to another(with five or so Spartans) and the last one was taken care of by JUST Tom and Lucy.

Shane and Robert were pretty awesome, as were the Headhunters.

Noble is just really lackluster...

I'll one up that.

Arthur.
Arthur was at least quasi-useful. Solomon dove headfirst into a trap, and almost got John and Kelly Killed with him.
