Halo 2 is one of the worse games I have ever played. It was rushed, unfinished, lacked polish, and there were so many cheats, exploits, and glitches. Not to mention the mods. People say that it's the best Halo of all time but I've never played that Halo 2. I only played the Halo 2 with the n00b combo, the weapon glitches, super jumping, sweep sniping, overpowered BR, lag, standby, and h4x.
I would pick it over Reach. Reach is supposed to be a better game. But some of the fails that Halo 3 removed from Halo 2 have returned. And the game far less predictable and consistent. It is a joke. Despite the massive amount of illegitimate gameplay, you could at least build strategies around the fact that the Plasma Pistol could follow you around corners. That you can still kill people while they standby'd. Skill would not beat modders. But it would beat cheaters. And that just doesn't hold true in Halo: Reach. It doesn't even feels like a Halo game.
Super Jump? That's the Jetpack.
Mod? That's Armor Lock.
Lag? That's Evade.
Halo: Reach. Making h4x a feature. xD
