I hope this gets out to the administrators of this forum cause there are some issues i'd like to address here.
1. Flamers and spammers - I know they are out there but there needs to be a better system that'll help the moderators weed these kind of things out.
2. Organisation - There are more and more different kinds of posters out there now, one example is those that write fan fiction such as Mr_Clark and sir_brilliant.
3. User friendlieness - I know there are people out there getting agravated having to type these out [b], [i], , , you get the point.

The navagation i've always liked and we all enjoy the look and feel of the forums and such, it's like an old chair that you took years to get your own little butt grove in.

What could be done to bring more life to Bungie.net forums
1. A system specially designed to help moderators remove flamers and warn spammers.
2. New sections (ie. sub forum threads) for specific people like Mr_Clark and sir_brilliant.
3. A buttons box - An area specially designed above an area designed for posting messages, that gives the user the ability to add bold, italics, underlines, hyper-texting, quotes with the greatest of ease.
4. Possibly a new look, lets face it we all know that old chair with your custom butt grove needs a face lift from time to time.

Note: If flamers and or spamers intend to post here, know this your only helping to prove my point, and in doing so, I thank you.
(isn't that a slap in the face)

You can always contact the moderators through bnetmods@gmail.com. Most of the moderators use that account. There are also many of us that have our MSN screenames available so people can get in touch with us when they need us.

Yes very true, although about the flamers and spamers, it seems as if it's not doing as much as it should, whats needed is something to help make it easier for moderators such as yourself to do this job.

It's easy if people tell us about it. What, two clicks for a delete, one click for a lock?

Well, we can temporarily blacklist members (7 days), extend blacklist people (something longer than 7 days) and permaban people (making it impossible for that member to come back on that account). There's really not much more we can do. Like I said, to be able to get rid of these people, we need to know about it. We cannot be everywhere at once... well, except for Shishka.

When I use the MSN or Google talk to get a hold of mods, they usually respond in a very quick manner. We (the law abiding folks of bnet) are the single greatest tool to help the mods. If you see something wrong report it. By helping them we make their job even easier.
