Is there a significant difference? Because the one on disc is $7 cheaper, and if there's not really a reason to play $7 more to download it of marketplace, then I want the disc.

Get the disc. And the warranty for it if at Gamestop.

Get the disc as a token of your fandom for the Halo series!

Do NOT buy it On Demand, takes up a lot of space and there is no multiplayer D:

It has multiplayer....the only thing the On Demand version lacks is access to those extra demos...that never really worked on the 360 anyways...

He meant no online multiplayer.

...which still, contextually, makes little sense.
The disc version lacks online multiplayer, so when a comparison arises between the disc and on demand versions, why attribute the absence of a feature that both formats lack towards the on demand version.

They both lack online. Only PC has it.

Halo 2 for Life!

disk might get scratched and ruined, the online one might become corrupted... More likely to be scratched so go with download I think.

no. nonono

Buy it. You can take it round to a friend's house to play it, something you can't do with a download. Oh, and if you have a 20GB hardrive like me it is not worth it.

What house has a rocket pod, has legs, and has a long narrow barrel that probably shoots something powerful?

Sounds like you're describing the lower half of my body, actually.

There is no difference except the price.

If you are likely to ever come across an oXbox, get the disc.

Otherwise, whatever. The wonky 360 emulation is the same either way.

This, pretty much. The only difference I've seen is slightly better graphics and the occasional lost grenade on the XBL version.
