Earlier today while browsing the forums, I clicked a link in a forum member's signature, expecting to be directed to their group's home page - as the status bar at the bottom of my web browser suggested. However, for some strange reason, I was directed to a completely different page altogether. A page over at Microsoft. (Maybe there's something I don't know about creating links...)

Ok, I thought, considering the owner hasn't changed the original ID number that is designated to every group on creation, I should be able to execute a search after taking note of the ID from my status bar while my pointer hovers above the link...

Having never really visited the search page, I was astonished to find that there was very little flexibility when it comes to entering criteria in order to carry out a group search.

I just think that if any more options were to be added to that page then one should be the ability to search by group ID.

(It most likely wouldn't be worth the bother, I know - It's just a thought.)

You could always just go to that members profile, click groups and find it from there.
