"We knew the world would not be the same.
A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent.
I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita.
Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds...'
I suppose we all thought that one way or another."
- J. Robert Oppenheimer

What's with your topic title?

And I would think so.

Honor est praemium virtutis.

His post was a carry on from the thread title. "will.. marty o donell still be part of the halo franchise"

And I certainly hope so. The music for the existing Halo games is pretty damn iconic. Without it, it wouldn't be as epic.

"I may not be perfect, but always been true."

I'm pretty sure that he won't help with the new Halos.

Reach was Bungie's last Halo project. O'Donnell called the prospect of writing new music both a challenge and a relief to step away from the iconic themes of Halo. O'Donnell's current work includes an unnamed project.

AFK: Away from Kontroller. Don't do it or you'll get the living crap smacked out of you by the Banhammer. If you disagree with any of this, you are just bad at Mortal Kombat.

Marty has it down when it comes to Halo music. Still, i think it be nice for him to make music for a non Halo project. It will give him something new to work with and i can't wait to hear his new musical pieces.
