Urk. I truly want an answer to this question. I'd almost demand it, but they tend to fall on deaf ears.. or maybe it's just the rush of your zipper as you whip out your Banhammer.
The case I'm trying to make is in regards to my AFK ban and reset. Which I openly admit as true.
On April 24th I received a notice in my Halo Reach Lobby that I was Credit Banned for 24 hours. Now, in shock and awe, I was legitimately surprised by this.
Performing my due diligence, I looked into the matter as to why, and discovered AFK for the first time. Much like a never before seen tribe of natives. And since that enlightenment, and, April 24th, I have been one month sober. Yay!
Now obviously we all know what happened a month later. -_-
My point to my case is this. Since April 24th when I was punished once for AFK and had since been clean of such self defiling acts, why again am I being punished? Twice for the same misdeed.
Was not the reason for my first "warning/ban" to prevent such actions again? And if so, would I have not proven my worthiness?
The only thing that may come to mind as a counter to this point are two prolonged cases of DNF. To which I assume I simply lagged out or dash boarded because of lag. Either way I'm not one to cruise for a bruise. I mean come on. Look how witty I am.
And to further prove my case, I reference you to gamer tag Azrael203. Oh yes. I do believe you know who he is. A false positive. Like an ISO in Tron. It is very interesting to note though; even proven innocent by Bungie itself, his firefight records still show an astonishing amount of DNF's.
Now. If I'm not innocent Urk, then please. Throw the Halo Reach Manual at me (The Book) and permanently ban me from your garden of Eden.
I rest my case.
P.S. I'm going to PM, E-mail, Write, this to you and any other moderator on the forum, just to make sure you get this.
