Subject: How would i do this.

I who walk alone in this world wrapped in the arms of the past not knowing what lies ahead of me. What am I? A soulless being to be beaten by the rage of those who hate me? Cutting my way past hopes and dreams. Sit in the window sill as I do every day and night resignations on my slate of who I am and what is left behind. Concealed in the words that chases my every thought. I who walk alone in this world…I am broken

So i never played halo 2 on line and i was wondering what is a.

Halo 2 for Life!

BXR is the button combo. Meaning if you press Band then X very quickly and then R you have a chance of hitting and then shooting them in less then a second (were it normally would take 4 or so seconds). You lose ability to direct it (unless you have a modded controller) meaning it wasn't easy to hit a target with.

BXB is (I think that is what you meant by BRB) was a way to hit a meele twice in like a second compared to about 4 seconds.

They are quite similar

and double shots are even harder to do but if you have a modded controller it is very easy....

Yes. I am a Battle Rifle machine. The DMR is a poor replacement.

Interesting... I've always wondered what those things were. Then again when Halo 2 was in it's prime I was like 7 or something probably lol.

50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

BXR and BRB are game breaking glitches that break the game's already non-existent balance.

This is a Reach account that I created the day they announced his name in a bnet weekly update. Any stats regarding ODST or Halo 3 are irrelevant. Also, Halo CE master race. Halo 1 > other halo games > other games.

Account Status: Silver :(

All you need to know about Halo 2 is grab BR and Sword. Game over.

BXB was pretty much the same thing as BXR but instead of beating down than instantly shooting, you double beatdown. The "X" would cancel out any delays between the 2 actions.

Double shotting was RRX, which would be firing 2 shots in the time it would take to fire once.

Quad shots -- RRX YY RRX was simply 2 double shots with the YY to cancel out the automatic reload inbetween the 2 double shots. How fast you could YY was what made your quad shot good or not. Along with if you could always do it, which if you were good at it and warmed up that was a 95% chance of always happening.

Most modded controllers had a pretty slow YY but they practically never failed at it an didnt need warming up obviously.

There were other combo's in halo 2 like RRBXR, which was hard to pull off but it was a BXR in the middle of shooting. Which if you know anything about bxring, you needed your br to full of ammo or no reloads left, RRBXR simply made it able to do a bxr in the middle of shots.

There was BXZ (BX an "zoom") than shooting. It would put your aimer somewhat close to them. Was mostly used in montages for fancy kills.

There was also a really big combo that i can not remember that could take out full over shields. Im sure some would remember at least the video of it. It took place on beaver creek, blue base by snipe side. Anyway it was the hardest one to do and even harder to even get a situation to even use it in.

I know you didn't ask for a huge list of button combo's with explanations but i did it anyway an hope it helped at least a little bit.

That's probably the best post of button glitches I've ever seen. Very informative.

Halo 2 for Life!

very true.

Timing is important though, you'll need some trial and error on this and it might take a while.

Arrogant hyperbolic exclamations of woe? Seems like a normal day for Halo/Bungie.net.
